Activation of CISM

A new/revised activation procedure for CISM/Peer Support has been developed by the Committee in conjunction with NEOC management to address a standardised approach to the CISM response. This includes activation from NEOC, Colleagues, Managers and individuals, based on specific and evidenced-based criteria. A bespoke training programme is underway for NEOC staff in regard to a structured activation process and is hoped to be rolled out in 2019.
