The Committee have commenced a CISM system specifically for CFRs throughout the country with the help of the NAS Community Engagement Officers (Mark Callinan and Ger O’Dea). The first cohort of PSWs were trained in late 2018 and support leaflets materials have also been published for CFRs in regard to CISM and self care. It is hoped to broaden the team of CFR Peer Support in 2019 and a bespoke CISM ELearning module is also underway for all CFRs in the area of self care and support contacts.
